Hey guys, today we were a little bored and din[‘t know what to do with ourselves so we decided on a mini spa day.
We started with a relaxing foot treatment using the lovely foot spa set my 6 year old got me (herself) for mothers day. We soaked, scrubbed and moisturised and now have the softest, smoothest, loveliest smelling feet in the world (their words)!
After our foot treatments we moved on to face masks which are always popular in our house! Today we raised the bar and added cucumber eye slices as suggested by the 6 year old so we feel extra pampered!
Then we moved onto hair. Rather controversially we decided to have some fun for easter and use a semi permanent (4-8 washes) dye on their hair. We used colour freedom in the shade pink pizzaz which has shea butter and argan oil and it leaves the hair looking and feeling so shiny and soft. This acttivity apparently makes me the coolest mum ever!
Our 4 year old say’s her feet feel funny and her face feel’s good, she think’s her hair is fabulous (her word!) and that it was all lot’s of fun!
Our 6 year old say’s her feet feel nice and her face feel’s really weird with the mask on but her treatment’s were really relaxing. She love’s her hair and think’s it’s really pretty – she want’s to do purple for the summer holidays!
Our 8 year old say’s her feet feel super soft and her face feel’s really smooth, overall she say’s she feel’s very relaxed (because obviously she usually has a super stressfull life) and she want’s to make ‘spa day’ a regular date!
So there you have it, our lovely girly spa day! What do you guy’s do with your little girl’s when you run out of idea’s?
See you next time, Em xXx
